This means that if her shells strike at a 10º angle to the flat broadside of a ship, her shells will treat it as 0º and calculate as if they had struck flush. Her AP shell normalization was changed from 8º to 10º. The Situational Awareness skill was given out for free. She no longer loses her turrets constantly (HOORAY!). Her main battery durability was buffed, increasing her hit points 2.6 times.
